- Prohibited Items: Dargol Logistics does not accept illegal goods, currency, weapons, or items banned under UAE or Iraqi law. Discovery of such items will result in immediate reporting to authorities and forfeiture.
- Declared Value: Clients are responsible for accurately declaring the value of their shipment. Underdeclaration may affect insurance claims.
- Customs Compliance: Dargol Logistics acts as a customs broker on your behalf. Clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring goods are legally importable under Iraqi law.
- Damage Claims: All damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
